Application and Feature:
2BE1 series vacuum pumps and compressors was a high efficiency product and developed combining with German advanced technology by us.
2BE1 series is a one-stage single-acting product with simple construction, easy maintenance, stable operation and high efficiency features. Compare with the current liquid ring pumps like SK,2SK and SZ series, the 2BE1 series pumps have a higher vacuum, lower power and more reliable features to replace them.
2BE1 series liquid ring compressor is a low-pressure compressor, discharge pressure can reach to 0.1Mpa,detailed data please refer to the instruction.

Main feature of the 2BE1 series liquid ring vacuum and compressor please see below:
Use imported NSK and NTN bearings to ensure the impeller position and stability in working condition.
The impeller was made by casting or welding to ensure a longer working life in any bad conditions.
The casing was made by steel plate to ensure a longer working life.
Shaft sleeve was made by high-chrome stainless steel material to have a longer life increase of 5 times than common material.
Stable and taper sleeve belt, long working life, easy to maintenance
High strength coupling, PU material for elastic component
Special top separator to save space and reduce sounds.
Resin sand mold to ensure the quality of the castings. Do not to make surface-filling.

注：以上所选电机功率可在大多工况下工作。如排气口压力较高（0.02~0.05MPa），则应相应加大电机功率；如2BE1真空泵正常工作时轴功率较小，也可选用接近轴功率的电机功率，如此更为节能。

注：水环真空泵的水温对其性能影响较大，而水环真空泵的性能曲线均为在15℃的水温条件下测得，因此在实际选用水环真空泵时应对水环真空泵的抽气速率进行修正。

1,Working liquid:Water, 15℃ standard(rang from 0℃ to 65℃); Other fluids, temperature: lower at least 10℃ than its boiling point.

2,Water consumption upon was in standard condition.
