2BE3 Series Vacuum Pump and Compressor

2BE3 series vacuum pump and compressor is developed based on years of scientific research and production experience, combined with advanced technology in the world, with a higher energy efficiency increased 10~30% than same model and common product. The pumps usually can be used to vacuum gas which not contain solid particle, insoluble in water and non corrosive. And can also vacuum corrosive gas by changing material.

2BE3 series can be found in many applications, including: paper, chemical, petrochemical, light, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, building material and coal washing. 2BE1 series is a one-stage single-acting product with simple construction, easy maintenance, stable operation and high efficiency features.

We developed the design of the critical parts such as port plate, impeller and shaft, then made the construction easier and increased the performance. Punch-formed one time impeller vanes and whole machined hub to solve dynamic balance issue. Interference fit between shaft and impeller to ensure the stable performance and operation.
