HZW Chemical axial flow pump

General:

The HZW series chemical axial flow pumps are new products independently developed and manufactured by our factory. They are categorized by diameter into 9 models with 18 specifications: 250, 300, 350, 450, 500, 600, 700, 800, and 900. Among them, the HZW250 and HZW450, 500, 600 models have received the National Machinery Commission Science and Technology Progress Award, while the HZW700, 800, and 900 models have been honored with the Liaoning Provincial Government's New Product "Golden Eagle Award." This series of pump products complies with the GB/T1300B-91 standard.

Application:

The HZW series chemical axial flow pump is mainly used in high flow, low head applications, especially for forced circulation processes with corrosive media. For example, the forced circulation of caustic soda and salt production is also applied in production sectors such as phosphate fertilizer, petroleum, chemical fiber, and papermaking.

Structure:

The HZW series is a horizontal axial flow pump that adopts a cantilever support type, a single-stage single suction axial flow impeller, and a motor that is directly connected or belt driven. The use of a rear opening door structure allows for easy maintenance by simply removing the rotating part during maintenance or seal replacement, without the need to disassemble the pipeline. The sealing type can be double end mechanical seal or packing seal. The pump body adopts a bent pipe or volute structure, and the inlet and outlet diameters of the pump are the same. The bearing housing is equipped with a water-cooled chamber for cooling the bearings with cooling water. Material:

The overcurrent components can be made of various materials such as 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti, and Inconel 804. Transport various highly corrosive materials with temperatures ranging from 0 to 180 ℃.
