YW Long Axis Submersible Pump

General

The YW series is vertical, single stage, single odouble suction suspend pump and discharge fronaxial center .The pump is designed according with APl 610 standards, for normal VS2 pump type.

Application

YW series pump is primary applicable for pumpinglarge quantities sewage, rainwater, seawater andchemical medium etc. liquid transportation. Such as domestic and industry sewage systems drainage in chemical and metallurgy industry,seawater desalination, industrial consumption contain sheet iron oxide in rolling mill, recycled water in power plant, chemical liquids in petrochemical industry etc.

Design characteristic

◆Hydraulic Design: Various hydraulic design,louble-suction impeller design can be suitable for large quantities and high heads, to provide balance of thrust force, and mixed-flow impeller desigrcan be suitable for large quantities and low heads

◆Line shaft coupling: Safety and reliable line shaftcoupling ensure the pump running stability. The submersible depth of 13m is attainable

◆Casing: Double volute casing and space induce structure ,symmetrical structure to be able to balance most of radial force, to decrease the shaft deflection and sliding bearing wearing, and to increase the pump life.

◆Support structure: Multiple spot supporting, the max spacing between shaft bushings will be able to accord with the APl610 standard Figure 3;Rolling bearing adopt grease lubrication or oil lubrication , Bushings can be lubricated by liquid pumped .Protecting shaft structure need to considered according to the medium and bushing can be lubricated from an external source.

◆Shaft seal: According to condition, v-ring,packing,mechanical seal can be selected. The dimension of seal chamber is according with API682, and single seal, double seal can be selected.Tandem seal can be applicable for special conditions

◆Structure: Discharge from axial center ,minimize the volume of pump and space.

◆Rotation: The rotation direction is CCW seen from drive end for double -suction impeller pump;CW for mixed-flow impeller pump.

Material

APl610 Material Grade: S-5,S-6, C-6, A-7,A-8，D-1，D-2.etc.

Alternative material will also be selected according to liquid.
